We work with the Milwaukee community to preserve and present the rich history of Milwaukee’s Northside. In partnership with local community-building groups, K-12 schools, and local universities, we develop curriculum that centers histories of race and place, map how historic neighborhoods have changed over time, and host events that encourage members of the community to prioritize their memory within the historical narrative.
