Thank you for your support.

We are sending gratitude on this last day of the year. Because of generous contributions from so many of you, we are very close to our giving season goal - just $800 to go! Thank you.

If you haven’t already, we hope you might consider a ccontribution to help us hit our goal. If we do, we’ll be able to launch our 2026 “Make History” program for Madison, WI, Portland, ME, and Long Island, NY.

These city-wide programs will involve high schools, public libraries, colleges, tribal nations and neighborhood organizations. (Read more on our Make History 250 page.) Your contribution will allow us to complete our digital story platform and assemble a student and volunteer team - both crucial for our launch.

The success of this program offers us a chance not only to survive but to sustain and even grow our work in the years ahead. It would be a nice ending to a challenging year.

Thanks for considering supporting us. Today’s the day to contribute before the end of the year! You can donate here.

We hope you have a lovely New Year. Here’s to finding fortitude, turning the tides, and building a better world in 2026.
